Greetings,

I'm Shady (Shaddi), the Founder and CEO of HEPTA SOLUTIONS.

My journey, shaped by military (NAVY) service, instilled valuable skills in operational planning, crisis management, and leadership. Post-military, I ventured into diverse roles in the private sector, serving as the Operation Manager in an Oil and Gas Services company and later as a Director in a retail venture.

Fueled by a passion for continuous learning, I immersed myself in self-studies in business, further enriching my knowledge. These experiences not only broadened my insights into strategic management but also inspired my mission to address a crucial gap in the market.

HEPTA SOLUTIONS emerged from recognizing the need in Bali for a service provider offering clear and updated information across diverse business fields. Our commitment is to empower Small and Medium Businesses to navigate seamlessly through Indonesian regulations. We focus on optimizing operations and fortifying against potential crises, guided by the belief that lean principles and crisis management are foundational to sustainable growth.
